B2C/Household products
ERP UK will:

• Ensure your compliance with producer take-back obligations according to the UK WEEE Regulations (SI 2006 No. 3289).
• Offer compliance at best price per WEEE category compared to competing schemes.
• Keep members informed about important developments and opportunities.
• Lobby the Government for effective and sensible approaches to WEEE implementation.
• Represent member interests with a robust and respected voice in negotiations with all stakeholders.

B2B/Non-household products
ERP UK will take on the following legal obligations of its members:

• Registration with the the Environment Agency.
• Obtain and advise registration numbers.
• Report producer sales data to the Environment Agency.
• Report tonnages and rate of recovery.

ERP also provide the option of treatment for B2B WEEE. Members who also require services for their collection, treatment, recovery and disposal obligations will be able to enter a case specific contract.
