National User
Any national producer can join ERP as a national user. This implies retailer, importer, distributor and any other kind of company, that has a national producer take back obligation.
For the national user process an interested company can apply on the ERP website. The process with information and user contract will then be managed through the ERP national entities and/or the General Contractors.
National users have to pay a fee, specific for each country. This national user fee provides the access to the national ERP WEEE compliance scheme and finances the little overheads for that purpose.
National Users do not participate in the European Membership Process and do not benefit from the same services as the European Members do.
